Halloween that is! I LOVE Halloween and decided to do a costume session with one of the playgroups that I am in. The kids were all so cute and Mya did pretty well just hanging out with her pal while I took pictures. Thank you so much, Nannette, for all of your help in setting this up and for watching my baby girl. I will be getting all of your CD’s to you as soon as I am finished working on your pictures!
Halloween, Halloween!
Tonight I took pictures of my daughter in her Halloween costume. She is NOT a fan of my camera and doesn’t mind showing it! If you come to our house, you will not find any family photos, because I’m scared of what will happen if we actually pay someone to try to take our pictures. 😉 Here is the one that shows Mya’s true feelings for having her picture taken!
Thank goodness we also got this one!
Welcome to Texas!
This morning I took pictures of this precious little girl. When I first got there, all I had to do was say her name and she would look right at the camera! Wow! And then we had her out in a field with bugs, snakes (that one’s for you dad!), and who knows what else and then she had to put on her Halloween costume. So instead of looking at me, she was more like, “Go home already, lady!” One day she will thank me when she sees these adorable prints hanging on her walls. 😉 I had a great time with you guys. Sorry I’m such a girly girl (or a Florida girl as you would like to say.) LOL I’m slowly getting used to this whole Texas thing!
Can I Get a Woot Woot?!
I needed to take a minute to thank someone very important who has been a huge help to me in starting my business and keeping it running smoothly. I love the creative side of having a photography business but the business side of it? Ugh, forget it! This man has helped me in so many ways: helped me open my business account at the bank which I had been putting off forever, helped me to find the right website, the best site for ordering prints on-line (coming in January!), he has even helped me recover some lost photos when I accidently reformatted my camera before uploading some pictures (my own, not any of yours! ;)). The man is a genius with a capital “G”! I love him dearly and just wanted to say THANK YOU!! I couldn’t do this without you!
Look Who’s One!!
This afternoon I took pictures of this little guy! He has the most amazing blue eyes I’ve ever seen and he was so easy going. I had so much fun taking pictures of him! I did learn a lesson today. Wind and balloons don’t mix! I showed up with 12 balloons and within 5 minutes, we were down to 1 and it flew away. 🙁 Thank goodness his parents were as easy going as he was! I had a great time with you guys!!
