My favorite thing about fall is that low, golden light. Things just look different and it’s hard to explain. I’m missing that right now in CA as well as all of the leaves changing colors. I see leaves here and there that are beautiful, but they are sporadic and maybe they are just leaves dying because it doesn’t rain. lol I might need to make a trip back home next fall to experience real fall again. The bagger at the grocery store yesterday was talking about how it’s usually warm in October in the bay and we get about 3 weeks of real fall in November. I hope he’s right! These 100 degree days are not what I was expecting! Swimming in October should be illegal! ha! I’m going to miss photographing some of my favorite families this year.
