Asheville Newborn Baby Photographer
Yesterday I did a session with this super sweet baby girl and her family. Mom and dad were so loving towards their girl and dad was so loving towards mom. It was beautiful to watch as they embark on this new journey in their lives. I loved seeing them behind me just in awe with every pose that I put their baby girl into. They are going to be the best parents! It was so nice meeting you guys. Congratulations on this easy-going, precious girl!
I loved this session so much and could really share every single photo from it! I love every picture of this precious girl and her family! Here are some more of my favorites. I got a few with her eyes open. As much as I love for babies to sleep through their entire session, sometimes the open-eyed shots are my favorites. This girl had the most amazing eye contact! I love, love, love the one with grandmother. She set this session up and she is one really cool lady. I’m so happy that she got to be at the session!
I can hardly believe that it was one year ago that I saw this little man. He has grown into the happiest little thing. He smiled through his entire session!! And he loved his cake at the end. I love cake smashes. They are just such a fun way to end a one year session! Happy first birthday you precious little boy! (Notice how amazing the light is? Summers make evening sessions hard because little ones usually go to bed around the time that we need to be doing our session. But the light makes it all worth it in the photos!)
He was so in love with his sister. All he had to do was look at her and he would start laughing and smiling!

Big sister:
This past weekend I met the most beautiful family: the mom, dad, the grandmother and this precious little being, Lily. She was such a perfect baby with the most gorgeous eyes, skin and mouth! Her mom was so amazing. Some people were just meant to be mothers and she is one of those people. She had such a calming, loving nature about her. If Lily got upset, the instant I put her in her mom’s arms and she heard her humming, she would instantly get content. I was in awe. It was such a sweet thing to witness. Lily spent her first week in the hospital which broke my heart for mom and dad but I’m so happy that she’s now home in the loving care of such a nurturing family. She’s one lucky girl to have those three there to love and guide her. It was such a pleasure to meet you guys. Congratulations on your new, beautiful baby girl!
