Halloween, Halloween!

Tonight I took pictures of my daughter in her Halloween costume.  She is NOT a fan of my camera and doesn’t mind showing it!  If you come to our house, you will not find any family photos, because I’m scared of what will happen if we actually pay someone to try to take our pictures.  😉  Here is the one that shows Mya’s true feelings for having her picture taken!

Welcome to Texas!

This morning I took pictures of this precious little girl.  When I first got there, all I had to do was say her name and she would look right at the camera!  Wow!  And then we had her out in a field with bugs, snakes (that one’s for you dad!), and who knows what else and then she had to put on her Halloween costume.  So instead of looking at me, she was more like, “Go home already, lady!”  One day she will thank me when she sees these adorable prints hanging on her walls.  😉  I had a great time with you guys.  Sorry I’m such a girly girl (or a Florida girl as you would like to say.)  LOL  I’m slowly getting used to this whole Texas thing!site6

Look Who’s One!!

This afternoon I took pictures of this little guy!  He has the most amazing blue eyes I’ve ever seen and he was so easy going.  I had so much fun taking pictures of him!  I did learn a lesson today.  Wind and balloons don’t mix!  I showed up with 12 balloons and within 5 minutes, we were down to 1 and it flew away.  🙁  Thank goodness his parents were as easy going as he was!  I had a great time with you guys!!

Sweet Babies

Tonight I got to take pictures for my neighbors.  I took pictures of their twins when they were first born and now here they are nearly 4 months old!  They are the cutest, sweetest little things and I LOVED photographing them.  Thank you guys for letting me capture them again!site8site7site6

Old School!

A good friend of mine asked me a while back if I would like to take pictures of her daughter and Mya in their Model t.  Ummm, WHAT?!!  YES!!!!  So since that day, I have been so excited about it.  The day finally came today and of course there were a few mishaps, as always when it comes to photographing toddlers in a public place.  Mya was extremely fussy from the vaccinations that she got on Friday and of course we forgot the Motrin and then, just as we were wrapping up, a security guy came and told us we had to leave because of the train.  Perfect timing.  But it was all worth it and I love the way the pictures turned out.  (Thanks so much to my awesome neighbor for loaning us these adorable pettyskirts!!)site12site11site10site7site8site9
