Baby Girl/Asheville Newborn Baby Photographer

One of my favorite parts of my job is to create unique setups and to put fabrics and colors together. This baby girl’s family sent me photos of her room and I had fun going to find items to match. I love looking for things to use in my sessions when I’m out and about. I don’t normally use bright colors like this pink but I really love how it turned out! This sweet girl was just perfect! ~Brandy Lewis (Asheville Newborn Baby Photographer)

Fun!/Asheville Newborn Baby Photographer

I had so much fun at this in-home newborn session! This family was so at ease and invited me into their home like they had known me their whole life. They were so funny and easy to be around. And their dog!! Their dog!! I just love when families have dogs because it just makes the session so much more fun! Their dog was so sweet! We ended up having to reschedule this session because the morning of their session, it was icy and so cold. I left our house and headed their way and got a call from mom that I may not be able to make it up their driveway. I thought it was fine, I could just walk up the side but then when I got outside and felt the insane gusts of wind, I knew there was no way I could do it with all of my stuff. Ahhhh, winter time in Asheville! lol But it all worked out, I made it the next morning and things were perfect! Little man, you were born into the BEST family! ~Brandy Lewis (Asheville Newborn Baby Photographer)

Too Cute/Asheville Newborn Baby Photographer

Oh my goodness, this little man was wide awake for so much of his session but was so content and made the best eye contact! Is he not just the cutest baby?! I’m loving being back in my studio full time meeting lots of new families and their sweet new babies! If you are pregnant, now is the time to book! I’ve had to turn so many families away recently because I don’t have openings. I hate doing that but I can only do so many sessions a week. This year has been busy, busy already and it’s just now the beginning of February! I won’t complain. It’s nice to be able to work so much again! ~Brandy Lewis (Asheville Newborn Baby Photographer)

Cheeks/Asheville Newborn Baby Photographer

This baby girl was so big and chunky. I love bigger babies! And she looked so adorable in this little outfit that her parents brought! Business has been crazy busy lately with so many babies being born! I’m not sure what was going on 9-10 months ago!! This time of year can be slow and always has been but not this year! I’m okay with that! It is nice to get back to being exclusively a newborn baby photographer! I hope everyone is having a great start to the new year! Every time I write “2023”, I have to look again because it just doesn’t look right yet! lol I’m looking forward to a really great year meeting so many new families! ~Brandy Lewis (Asheville Newborn Baby Photographer)

Beautiful Neutrals/Asheville Newborn Baby Photographer

I loved so much about this session. I love when families request all neutrals. As soon as I get color choices from families, my mind just starts creating. My favorite thing to do is to go into my studio and start pulling out fabrics and props and putting them all together. Lately I’ve been perusing the aisles of craft stores looking for inspiration for new setups. I could spend way too much money in this way! Happy new year to you all! I hope your holidays were spent with those that you love and your new year is off to a great start! I definitely am focusing on getting back to my healthy eating habits after a month of way too much dessert and taking time to be present and in the moment. It can be hard in this world, but it’s important to take time to clear your mind and just be! Happy 2023! ~Brandy Lewis (Asheville Newborn Baby Photographer)
