Timeless Colors/Asheville Area Newborn Baby Photographer

Neutrals are some of my favorites to use for newborn baby sessions. I love to incorporate a color and then some neutrals into my sessions. These colors are timeless! I look back at some of my older images with the super bright colors and do not love them, but tastes change I suppose!

This little baby boy is so beautiful and was just the sweetest at his session! Business is picking up and I couldn’t be happier. I love meeting families with their new babies. It’s one of the most incredibly rewarding but yet challenging times in the life of new parents. My goal is to be there to support these new parents and insure them that they are doing a fantastic job.

Cake Time/Asheville Baby Photographer

I haven’t done cake smash photos with babies in so long and have just started offering them again for first birthdays. I’ve missed them! I love watching baby’s reactions to their first real taste of sugar, usually! You never know how they are going to react. Our oldest wanted to eat the entire cake but some babies, like this little man, just aren’t interested. He wanted nothing to do with this cake, didn’t even want it on him at all! But good gracious, he was such a happy boy. He was laughing so much during his session! It was so wonderful to get to see him again. I’ve done his newborn and 6 month photos. It’s so cool watching babies grow. Happy birthday, DJ! You are one very loved baby boy!!

Sweet Family/Asheville Newborn Baby Photographer

I really loved meeting this family. They had a beautiful new baby boy and also an adorable big brother who was so full of energy and love for his little brother! These sessions are so relaxed and I really enjoy when I get to meet families in their homes. It makes it so much easier to get photos of older siblings, especially when they are under 3. I hope you are all doing well!

In Daddy’s Hands/Asheville Newborn Baby Photographer

This family was so very sweet and easy to talk to. They had done newborn photos with their oldest and wanted to recreate the photo with dad. I love this pose so much. It shows just how tiny babies are at birth, in their daddy’s hands. When I’m working with babies, sometimes it doesn’t hit me how tiny they are until I see their mom or dad holding them across the room. And I love this green so much. It feels like spring to me! I’m ready for warm weather and can’t wait to do more outdoor newborn sessions!
