B&W /Bay Area Newborn Baby Photographer

I love newborn baby photos in black and white! With each session, most images are given to you in color and then also black and white. I love how classic they are. My style is simple and easy and will withstand the test of time. My goal is for people to never look back and say, “Ooo, those are so 2020’s!” You know what I’m talking about! Remember those family photos where everyone wore the white shirts and jeans?! Or the selective coloring where only one part of the photo was in color?! I’m guilty of that and thought it was so fun to do back in one of my photography classes, much to the dismay of my teacher. LOL I used to use bright colors, crazy props and headbands. Tiny Man/Bay Area Newborn Baby Photographer

I have so many photos to share that never got posted of these adorable newborn babies! I’m really going to miss seeing my Asheville families around town and getting to see their babies grow up. I always ran into my clients everywhere I went! That’s something I always loved about Asheville. I look forward to the same in our new town of Moraga! I got to meet this super fun family to do photos for Stroll Magazine. They were so cool, easy-going and were totally okay with the freezing cold temperatures! I love families that are so go with the flow! Their little man is SO adorable too and was at that age where he just wants to run and play. Thank you guys for being so easy! Beautiful Neutrals/Asheville Newborn Baby Photographer

I loved so much about this session. I love when families request all neutrals. As soon as I get color choices from families, my mind just starts creating. My favorite thing to do is to go into my studio and start pulling out fabrics and props and putting them all together. Lately I’ve been perusing the aisles of craft stores looking for inspiration for new setups. I could spend way too much money in this way! Happy new year to you all! I hope your holidays were spent with those that you love and your new year is off to a great start! I definitely am focusing on getting back to my healthy eating habits after a month of way too much dessert and taking time to be present and in the moment. Dark and Moody/Asheville Newborn Baby Photographer

I love to incorporate colors and props based on seasons and holidays. This is my favorite time of year so I was excited to use some darker, fall colors in this baby’s session! I love when parents give me colors and say, “We trust you! Do your thing!” Styling is one of my favorite parts of my job! I love putting colors and textures together. At one point in my life, I wanted to do interior design. I guess this is my way of putting that love to use. Little guy, you were a dream at your session!
