Winter Baby/Asheville Newborn Baby Photographer

This past weekend I had two newborn sessions scheduled.  I usually only do sessions on the weekends since I stay home with our three children, but it decided to come a huge snowstorm this weekend.  To say that I was stressed would be an understatement!  I am so thankful that my mom came to the rescue and helped take care of the kids today so that I could do this session and again on Thursday coming up!  I was so very excited to meet this family!  There are some moms that I already feel like I know when they come for their session because we’ve been in contact so much through email.  This mom was one of those people.  This mom and dad were so great with their baby girl!  They didn’t even get annoyed with me saying over and over just how cute their baby was, because I mean, really, look at her!  She’s adorable and oh-so-tiny and all that hair!  It was so nice meeting you guys today!  Thank you for driving all this way to entrust me with your beautiful little girl!  Rain or shine or snow, this session was going to happen and I’m so glad we finally were able to make it happen!

Sweet Reese/Asheville Baby Photographer

I decided in December that I was going to exclusively be a newborn baby photographer.  It’s what I love more than anything.  But as always, January came and was slow, which I was fine with but when this momma asked if I could do her baby girl’s birthday pictures, I couldn’t turn it down.  I love this little girl!  I did her newborn pictures and have done pictures of her brothers.  I had to make an exception!  We started thinking of outfits and setups and I was so excited for this day to come.  I knew these pictures would be adorable.  How could they not be with such a beautiful girl?!  Happy first birthday sweet Reese!

I took her picture as a newborn in this bed and one with this headband.  Wow, things sure have changed!  She was all over!
